Spark International Ventures, (est. 2021), is a US-based investment firm dedicated to fueling economic growth in East Africa and the Global South by promoting Christian business ingenuity, leadership, and responsibility.
Spanning continents over several centuries, the torch of Christianity now finds its greatest concentration in Africa. Spark reconciles Africa’s disparity between spiritual vibrancy and economic deficiency by catalyzing sustainable development by managing critical business investments, keeping our triple bottomline in constant focus.

We strive to elevate residents' dignity by creating high-quality living spaces that strengthen the local community. The collaborative vision of Lighthouse Real Estate and Spark extends further however, with plans to drive projects worth 30 million USD over the next 7 years in addition to expanding the Lighthouse development across Africa.
